Dedicated to Preserving Nobska Light
Our commitment to the preservation and protection of this beloved landmark ensures future enjoyment for our community and visitors alike.
In the fall of 2017 we did substantial work to the lighthouse tower. It looks terrific!
The punch list items are complete and we are starting our tours.
Until October 30, 2018, the tower is open every Tuesday from 10:00 to 12:00.
Tours maybe canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, lack of volunteers, or inclement weather. If so the cancellation will be posted here and on Facebook.

The Friends of Nobska Light is a 501(c)(3), incorporated in February 2015 to preserve Nobska Light Station and, since April 2016, under agreement with the US Coast Guard and the Town of Falmouth, to preserve the tower, the lighthouse keeper's house and the grounds as an educational resource open to the public. Falmouth Historical Society, Highfield Hall & Gardens, Woods Hole Historical Museum and Woods Hole Community Association cooperated to form the Friends of Nobska Light.
